Great shop selling all manner of delicatessen items, with meat, hams and sausages in abundance. Awesome selection of wines and cheeses too, but stay away from the pork pies - they’re utter rubbish. They look good on the outside; there’s a good amount of jelly in them, but the meat is tasteless and almost seems undercooked. They’d have been better filling the pies with spam instead of supposedly free range pork, there’d have been more taste. $20 for a pie isn’t cheap, and when half of it ends up in the bin it’s more expensive still. 5/5 for the shop, a generous 1/5 for the pork pies.

I love this store, especially because they sell a lot of European products that I can’t find in other stores. Unfortunately they sold me an item that was past the expiration date (didn’t have the receipt). I’m a bit disappointed because some products are quite pricey.

My goodness, I tried their lasagne. I had always made my own but this was so good and at my age, I need never make another. This was authentic home cooking without the work. Delicious 😋

The very best butcher in Tasmania and Australia!. Nothing beats their deli!!! The popular Beef & Tomato sausages, Polish portion sausage, Vienna sausages etc I could go on!!!. I was very fortunate to have grown up with this butcher!.
