From the outside it’s easy to underestimate the place, but stepping in was a great surprise. The pizza, calamari, and salad were all well made. Quality well above the price point. The service really stood out. Thank you Carlos for being super attentive and engaging. A refreshing experience all round. This will become a regular on my list. Such a good find for a Monday night too!

We visited this pizza restaurant tonight around 7pm and had an amazing experience from start to finish. My parents had been searching for hours to find a good pizza place in the area, and I’m so glad they chose this one. Even though it was our first time here, it genuinely felt like one of the best pizza restaurants we’ve been to which made the experience even more impressive. While we were still outside looking at the menu, one of the staff members came over straight away, offered to recommend some of his favourites, and asked if we had any allergies which was very thoughtful and professional. We ordered a chicken and mushroom rigatoni, spaghetti bolognese, a Hawaiian pizza, and a Capricciosa pizza. The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. The Hawaiian pizza especially stood out. Hawaiian is my favourite flavour, and this was genuinely one of the best Hawaiian pizzas I’ve had in a long time perfectly balanced, full of flavour, and incredibly satisfying. What really made the experience stand out was the customer service. At many restaurants, staff are polite but quite formal, which can sometimes feel a bit distant. Here, it was completely different. The two brothers who served us were friendly, funny, and full of energy. They cracked jokes, checked in on us often, and made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. Their positive attitude created such a relaxed, fun atmosphere and made the whole experience even better. Even though we didn’t stay for dessert, the dessert menu looked amazing and definitely gave us another reason to come back. This review was written by both of the sisters sitting at the table not the parents and we can confidently say this was a fantastic experience. Great food, great people, and great energy. Highly recommend!

One of the best pizzas I’ve had! The dough was light and crispy and had a great chewy crust. Super friendly and helpful wait staff. Will come back here if I’m ever in Melbourne again!

Carlos & Alessandro are an amazing duo of top notch service! Ambience is fantastic, food was great and service was quick. If you like a bit of banta mixed with polite etiquette, this place is definitely for you!!

Nice vibes at Veloce Pizza — the space feels welcoming, the food plating looks so appetising, and overall it’s a great spot to dine. The pizzas are interesting (loved the one with king prawns, super fresh 🦐), though I think a little more seasoning and less soggy base would make it even better. Pasta was also interesting, but could do with less seasoning for balance. The risotto was one of my faves, creamy and satisfying, though maybe a touch less pepper next time. Cocktails were a nice surprise too — balanced and not too heavy on the bitter side
