First time at the place, and was there for our 23rd wedding anniversary. Food was excellent and the service was great. Extremely nice staff. We used to got to Sept 18 in North lakes before he shut down. Even though we asked for lunch meals in the morning they were gracious enough to prepare. We had Garlic and pepper stir fry, Char koay teow, yellow curry, with Mango soy milkshake and cloudy blue smoothie. We have recommended our friends to go as well. I have recently changed emails so I thought that I would re-do some of my reviews that would have been lost in the changeover. What can I say about Vega Cafe other than the obvious. Sure they have amazing food, sure the prices are very fair. But it is something else, they bring so much more to the table. They bring love, in the way they cook the food and the way they present it. But more importantly, the love that they have for each and everyone that goes there. Over the years, Vega Cafe has become a true place that I look forward to visiting when I need the whole package. When I have a bad day, week or whatever I am immediately happier just being around the good people, positive vibes and nourishing food. Gifty, Prince and all of the staff always do their best and always deliver with a smile no matter what day that they are having themselves. This is one of the pillars of happiness, Community. We went for brunch and loveddddd it. It’s fully vegan and has the loveliest, most welcoming staff, the girls were genuinely so kind and helpful❤️ We had the First Kiss noodles, Sher english muffin, Hello Sunshine smoothie and an iced mocha, and everything was an absolute 10/10, full of flavour and clearly made with love. We’re only passing through Brisbane, but this place alone made us want to stay longer!

As a first time mum, it’s hard to feel seen and supported sometimes out in the world… this cafe offered me the most nutritious lunch and kindly brought it out to me at my car as I was parked on the corner while my baby slept in the backseat, and that act of kindness has made the biggest difference in my day. Sometimes as a mum of a baby, it’s easy to feel separated from the rest of the world, and this small but meaningful kindness made me feel less alone. The food is so delicious, clearly it’s made with love. I recommend 10/10 and will be back. Also the butterfly pea ice tea is divine.

We came here for dinner and ordered VEGA's duck noodle, Yaowarat (small), Thai curry w rice, TOFISH, Del Piero, CAULI WINGS, JC TOASTED, Shroom Latte and Beetroot Latte w oatmilk. First of all the food, AMAZING 😻😻 never expected Vegan food to be this good the Thai Curry has coconut milk on it and just wow.. I'm blown away the flavour was SUPERB. Next the condiments provided like the Cranberry Mayo was really good too. Rest of what we ordered filled us to the brim 😋😋. To our surprise they even provided us with a complementary desert, YUMMY. Side note the Shroom Latte might be for people with a more acquired taste but I will definitely come again!!!!! 😀😀 I highly recommend it to you if you are reading... 👋👋
