Fantastic experience overall! Visited Urban Spices recently and really enjoyed the quality and flavours of the food. Everything tasted fresh, well-prepared, and authentically Indian. The atmosphere was comfortable, the location is great, and the service truly stood out. The owner, Mr. Giri, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make the experience special. As vegetarians, we were very happy with the options and overall experience. Definitely a place we’d return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for good Indian food in Sydney.

We travel to Sydney every six weeks from Margaret River in W.A., we never failed to make the time to come and enjoy a meal at this amazing little restaurant. The staff make it a pleasure to walk into this restaurant and the food has never It disappointed us. Definitely worth a visit to anyone who enjoys Indian food

Spectacular Indian ! I was drawn into this amazing place to appreciate the beautiful & exquisite decors & lightings. I’ve ordered Rogan Josh lamb with Naan. They were very tasty but little salty. I gave feedback to the manager/ owner, Giri and he kindly brought me another, new serving. I was only providing my honest feedback for constructive improvement for future. I was bewildered & deeply impressed with his extra effort to satisfy one customer…. I’ve kept admiring the set up, and he showed me the second floor set for group functions. To much of my surprise Giri designed all decors and brought original stuffs from India. It could seat up to 50 ppl complete with huge screen & dance area for parties. They can also bring in the Bollywood dancers if requested. The place was also very clean and has see- through kitchen to show off their commitment & confidence towards customers. They took over this place only 2 years ago, and seems exploding with popularity as proven by all positive feedback. I shall definitely come back with my party friends soon. Borakum - Nama stay 🙏

Absolutely amazing experience! The service was top notch, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire evening. The food was bursting with flavour and beautifully presented, and the cocktails were just as impressive. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a vibrant and colourful design, especially upstairs, so beautifully styled and inviting. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine in a gorgeous setting!

Incredible Indian Indulgence 💕 From the moment we walked in we felt like we were in India, it has that vibe. The decor stunning with bold murals on the walls and good table settings. It has a bar which looks awesome -fully stocked. Tables run along the edge of the wall with some tables at the front and back of restaurant. It has an upstairs which we didn’t get a chance to look at. The food is excellent with great choices on the menu and has gluten free and vegetarian options. The service was disappointing but when I had a chat with the owner two of his key staff had gone overseas and he had new staff they had only been there a week. That said, the staff are friendly. I recommend this restaurant for singles, duos and small groups. It would not be a first date place but put it on your list for future dates. I liked this restaurant.
