By far the best coffee in the city. So glad that my employer has moved to this building. Service is excellent and staff are always friendly. Coffee is also very reasonably priced for the CBD.

Myself and my work colleagues have been customers of Urban Q for over 5 years. We have used them for catering business functions. Owen and his team are always professional and courteous - even when it gets very busy - and their food and drink are of a high standard. Would recommend!

Nice cafe with excellent service located at the bottom of the HBF building on Ann Street in Brisbane City. They have tables inside under cool aircon and also outdoor covered seating. No annoying card surcharges, either, which I really appreciate. They offer plenty of food options and coffee with alternative milk options (almond, oat, soy, lactose free). They offer both paper takeaway cups and ceramic dine in mugs. Loses a star because the inside seating is limited (mostly taken by corporate people lingering around with a single cup of coffee) and they don't offer macadamia milk anymore, which they used to offer per a menu pic on this maps listing which is what made me decide to give them a try. Good cafe, overall, especially if you work in the HBF building.

The coffee at this cafe is absolutely fantastic! They consistently offer delicious food with new and exciting options every week. What truly sets them apart is their exceptional staff, especially Owen, who not only remembers our orders but also our names. Such a welcoming experience!
