We arrived around 11am on a Sunday and they were almost sold out of their 12 different pastries! Only plain and almond/apple croissants were left. The veranda was in shade and a cool breeze was ushering a scorching day for Newy. The coffee and chai are also very good.

Such an amazing pastry shop! The staff are so lovely and the shop itself had such a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. The pastries were delicious and beautifully made. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-quality pastries.

10/10. The flakiest, lightest and most delicious pastries you’ll ever have. Clean and tidy and staff are super friendly. They definitely know what they are doing with their coffee too. Nice little quiet hideaway but still close to everything you need. Can’t wait to be back!

We finally got to experience Union Street pastry. It did not disappoint and was well worth the wait, whether your sneaking in for a quick coffee or indulging in the amazing classic range of pastries. The service flavours and overall experience is one of Newcastles best. 10/10

Next level pastries and very nice Padre coffee. Croissant was near perfect, crispy, light, airy and not too buttery but the thing that made it next level for me was that they served it with a serrated knife and beautiful French butter, so you could easily cut it in half without destroying it and butter it to your liking... which in my case is all the butter👌The only thing that could have made it better is if it were warm from the oven. I'll just need to go earlier next time 😋 My son has the apple crumble danish and it was amazing as well. Thank you🙏
