Quite simply, the best fish grill I’ve ever eaten at. It has become a twice-a-week habit for good reason. The quality of the fish is exceptional and incredibly consistent — perfectly grilled, full of flavour, and treated with real respect. The range is what really sets it apart though. You can go from beautifully grilled octopus, to a proper fish burger, to sashimi-style slices that are as fresh as it gets, then add a simple Greek salad that always delivers… and you have to get the grilled corn. Every time. Charred, sweet, addictive. The staff are genuinely excellent, the vibe is relaxed and local without trying too hard, and the value for money is outstanding for the quality you’re getting. It’s the kind of place locals quietly rely on — and somehow still end up there again a couple of days later. A true Bondi staple.

Fabulously fresh Fabulously friendly This is NOT you traditional fish and chip shop : there are no chips however the potato salad more than adequately makes up for that. We ordered takeaway this time - eating in is fabulous too btw as the venue is crispy clean! As per usual when I go here I could not fault it. This time we opted for fresh (it was hard to resist the burger and focaccia!) however we ordered Sashimi - king fish, salmon, tuna (sooo good) Fresh prawns (could not have been fresher) Oysters (clean and well shucked!) Grilled octopus (OMG!!) Grilled Salmon (best ever - the skin was so crisp) The sides of broccolini and corn on ¼ cob were also delicious It all tasted as if it had just been caught. The food is prepared per order so it is not fast food but well prepared and presented (even as take out) brilliantly - highly recommend for healthy eating resolutions … or just because it’s yummy! Best seafood you will ever eat !

Had an amazing meal at Uncut Delicatessen! I got the grilled salmon, broccolini with pita bread and potato salad with taramasalata — everything was super fresh and full of flavour. The kingfish was Mediterranean dress was an absolute standout, so light and tasty! The place looks beautiful inside, just great vibes and delicious food. Already planning my next visit! 🐟💛

We enjoyed our lunch break here. Highlight is hands down the grilled snapper, so tasty and meaty. Sashimi is also very nice and fresh while we bread stuff was average. I would come back

It was the highlight of our Sydney visit!sashimi was so fresh and the barramundi had a nice crispy skin. Grilled prawns were yum.
