About

An unforgettable night at Tzusumi Omakase ✨ Every dish was a masterpiece, but the wagyu foie gras absolutely stole the show! rich, buttery, and perfectly balanced. The chef’s passion and precision made the whole experience feel intimate and special. Already counting down to our next visit. There is a reason I’ve chosen this venue for my birthday meal the last couple of years… I first met chefs Jun san an Eita san from back in their Kuon days and it’s been a great journey following them to where

I have been looking for a high quality sushi restaurant and came across tsuzumi. I had never heard of omakase before so I was intrigued. Sushi and sashimi was of the highest quality, the other dishes were drained and tasty. Great service, very quiet and intimat

There is a reason I’ve chosen this venue for my birthday meal the last couple of years… I first met chefs Jun san an Eita san from back in their Kuon days and it’s been a great journey following them to where they are now. From the cuttlefish and the akami right through to the wagyu fois gras and Bafun uni dishes - each piece is full of umami goodness. Thank you also for introducing me to Hyaku Moku sake ;)

Celebrated my birthday at Tsuzumi Omakase and it was amazing! Everything tasted super fresh and delicate—just perfect if you like clean, flavorful dishes. The wooden interior is cozy and classy, great for dates or small groups. Chef Jun is awesome! He explained every dish and even shared tips about fish aging. Watching him work is part of the fun. Yuzu oyster, abalone chawanmushi, tempura scampi, foil-baked fish, and sushi—everything was spot on. Otoro and amberjack were aged and melted in my mouth, and the eel was like a fluffy soufflé. Desserts were a treat too—tamago and matcha warabi mochi. Highly recommend if you want fresh, creative Omakase and a super friendly vibe!

Store is beautiful, service is very good, food are ok for what you paid, food presentation very good Very commercial, don't have the feeling that the omakase uniqueness and personal touch. Little bit of tailor made things for individual customers. I believe they are the only one who is doing lunch omakase
