My friends suggested this restaurant and they enjoyed their food. Personally, I enjoyed the pizza but I had better pizzas at other places. I thought it was a bit overpriced. They need to do something about the cockroaches. The waitress killed a big one that was under our table and I saw 2 smaller ones behind my seat. I know they are everywhere in older buildings in Bondi but Stop Creep can help! :)

Elva is a must if you're in Bondi. The service, ambiance and restaurant itself are all great! The cocktails are well balanced. We had the focaccia, salumi and formaggi board, tomino cheese and garlic prawns, everything was absolutely delicious. We shared a pizza for main that was cooked perfectly, it was light and tasty and they have a great variety of pizzas on offer. They also have carafes of wine if you don't want to do a whole bottle. The tiramisu for dessert was light and airy, not overly sweet - just right. The staff were super attentive and the manager came to greet us straight away. Definitely recommend.

You know that prison scene in "the castle", where the prisoner brother, asks his visiting brother "how's mum/dad/sister/dog?" etc each answered identically "good"... And that's how I'd describe each dish here...the tagliatelle is laboratory perfect, and the sauce well, good. Everything was....good. The vacanza pizza....good The meals are now more eatery priced, good. The service is right on point, and the timing excellent. This is a good place to sit. Good!

Perfect! Came here with my sister to celebrate her birthday on a Monday evening, and the place was cozy with its outdoor heating and lovely vibe. The food was remarkable! We got some bread, mozzarella and anchovies followed by the fettuccini, each dish was 10/10. Flavoursome, fresh, delicious. Highly recommend!!

I visited a friend who lived around the corner of this restaurant and had not tried it, so we gave it a go on Thursday evening. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered the special which was muscles for entree. Then proceeded with crab linguine as mains each with Brussels sprouts as a side dish to share. We also had dessert that ended the meal on a perfect note. The food was delicious, we finished everything on the plate despite usually having a small appetite. The ambience was great and the alcohol and beverage selection was extensive. Would return to try other dishes some other time. Highly recommend this place because it was casual yet provided comfortable seating and excellent service.
