Easily the best dining experience in the Darwin CBD. The menu is diverse and the food and flavours are superb! Service is excellent, friendly and fast. Will be back!

Let's start on a positive note…the in-house-made Focaccia was nice. The remainder of our food was not enjoyable. Sorry, the pork belly sections were obviously reheated, with the crackle soggy and chewy. The salad that accompanied the pork belly was fresh, enjoyable and balanced. Our other main, the king prawns, were not peeled fully, with 4 of the 6 served requiring further shelling before eating. The dish was dry and uninspiring, the two pieces of Focaccia accompanying the prawns being the highlight. I appreciate that you have to work with what you have, but management, please. The very small bar area where you enter is air-conditioned. So, the staff are at least nicely air-conditioned. The dining section, however, is located beside the rear laneway and is open-air. Yes, there are fans running at full speed and two large roof-mounted air conditioners, which do very little to make the dining atmosphere any more enjoyable. Do the AC’s actually work, or are they set on just fan? The external surrounding tropical privacy panels, restroom wall panelling, and artwork are nice. We appreciate that your restaurant is located at the rear of the building, adjacent to a laneway. Please consider how you could improve the dining area's comfort and the quality and consistency of dishes. We wish the Loose Goose all the very best for the future.

Had a very filling bacon and egg roll, and the service was fast and friendly. The matcha wasn’t mixed very well my first sip was mostly powder but overall it was a good experience. I’d definitely come back for the food.

One of the top bar on my list, from breakfast to brunch and dinner it is a fulfilling experience 😋 love the atmosphere the staff is friendly and professional, and their cocktails 🍸 are on top the list. It's of the main street so he has privacy, mallows music and so cosy, love the experience, and they have i top shelf wine 🍷 selection ❤️

I’ve never left a review before but I ordered the top end tiger prawns with expectations of some big fat juicy prawns that they are renowned to be however I got a tiny bowl with a few bay sized prawns and 2 tiny slices of focaccia. Don’t get me wrong it tasted great but we had to go over the road to the pub for a proper meal after that. My partner had the pork belly which was so thinly sliced and a tiny portion again. We were disappointed with what we got for the price we paid.
