I am very upset about these new and misleading comments. From my own experience, Iselin DIDN't provide good service. She often appeared unhappy, and on one occasion she placed my parents’ coffees on the table without saying anything. In contrast, Sunshine consistently makes the best coffee and provides the warmest, most genuine service. She is well loved by many customers in the community. I was present during the incident mentioned. I clearly heard Sunshine explain that there were two takeaway coffees, with the taller one being a long black. However, when the drinks were served, they were presented dismissively, and the customers were told in an aggressive tone, “I don’t know what they are,” before Iselin walked away. Based on what I personally witnessed, the negative comments about Sunshine are unfair and do not reflect her behaviour or professionalism. It is also disappointing to the staff member's friends attempt to cover these mistakes by unfairly discrediting someone else.

The Good: facilities are nice, open air dining. Portion size was reasonable for the price Coffee came fast The Not so Good: Breakfast was disappointing. Bacon Benny - bacon was overcooked and rubbery. Muffins were thin and hard to cut through. Eggs undercooked (clear liquid) and Hollandaise tasted store bought. The worst Benny I've had in recent memory. Coffee tasted burnt and watery. Very disappointed.

I love this stylish cafe, it never disappoints. The food is always good and reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly. A secret is, go on Mondays it's a lot easier to get a table.

This is the best coffee I’ve ever had on the Gold Coast! Thanks to the barista — Sunshine. The beef salad is as delicious as always, and I really enjoyed my time at the cafe❤️

I had the salt and pepper squid salad. It only tasted like salt and pepper. My mum also had a chicken and leek pie but at least they one was good. The drinks were pretty good tho. I had an iced chocolate but the guy didn’t know how to make one, another person behind the counter had to tell him. It was good service tho and the atmosphere was nice. Very quick service, mainly because there was only 2 other groups there. Pretty good service but dont fully recommend
