Celebrated my partners birthday here last night and it was nothing short of amazing. The food was stunning, every dish had its own unique flavour and was beautifully presented. And the staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. They were all extremely nice and incredibly efficient. 100% recommend.

I LOVE food and love even more so farm to table, hand grown, with love kinda food. Where the chefs know the vendors and know their suppliers. And this is one of those spots. I have never heard of this restaurant before but I can say that this is one I will be back to. The beautifully paired wines with the dishes, to the oysters to the snacks, absolutely delicious! This place was amazing. Wasn’t too loud where you couldn’t hear yourself speak to others but wasn’t too quiet either. Angelica was amazing - her wines are PERFECT 🍷 Highly recommend when you’re in Surry Hills Next - book in advanced.

Cant be more happier to found this hidden gem in surry hills! Amazing and unique experience for both of us. First walked in to the restaurant, you can tell how warmth the atmosphere and service they did! It’s more like you’re dining in your family house ❤️ Love that the fact they only have few tables so they can actually take care all of their customers really well. Every dishes are unique and i never found in other places. Love the concept that they tried to used every parts and supporting local farmers ❤️ We got non alcholic pairing and yes! Angelica really nailed it 💯 goes perfectly with all the dishes. Thank you so much Team x We will back again for sure

We had a phenomenal experience at The Blue Door! It was so refreshing to have such a unique experience where everything is so sustainably sourced & seasonal. Everything was delicious. Angelica and the team really go the extra mile and are so incredibly passionate about what they do. Would recommend the shared wine pairing!
