An amazing small eatery with a mix of dishes from Rice Chang fen to Curry brisket rice. The store is filled with art made by the shopkeeper which are amazing and is very creative. It's opened for a limited time but do come in when possible. Tried multiple things and everything is great.

A very small shop so dine in especially in bigger group than 4 would be a lil uncomfortable. But the food is the BEST! The beef tripe, beef dishes, pan fried pork dumpling are the best!!! The best find for yummy food in Hobart ever! Didn’t manage to try the egg tart as they were sold out 🥲

Excellent portuguese egg tart and cheong fun and lots of cute art on the walls! Edit we returned the next day and got the sticky rice meatballs, tripe with satay, and the curry omelette rice. All were incredible but the highlight was the meatballs. I used to make these at home but I’ve never had such a bouncy and juicy version 😍 so good.

Small restaurant, move like Ninja please! We came across Tasty Buns on our most recent trip to Hobart and cannot recommend it more highly. The food was delicious, service was friendly and quick, and all the great posters up on the walls provided endless entertainment throughout our meal. Definitely drop in if you’re in Hobart, you will not be disappointed.

Superb dim sum - must try everything! The beef & pork rice was so beautifully prepared, feels so hearty and warm. All were good, especially the scallion pancakes and the carrot cake. Lady boss is so attentive and friendly too! Sick designs in the shop! Great stop for anyone stopping by Hobart.
