Just purchased 4 rolls of sushi including tuna, salmon, and chicken, they were all warm! Seems their display cabinet isn't even refridgetated, highly undafe food practice, ended up throwing them out to be safe.

We often buy sushi takeaway from this shop. It is usually busy, a testimony to their popularity. The crispy chicken sushi lives up to its name. Many other shops advertise crispy chicken, but they are not! The food is delicious in this store, a great little business. We keep coming back, good for takeaway.

Loved it! The best Japanese food I had in Ballarat so far. Their food is consistently outstanding and the quality of the food is good. It has never disappointed me with my every visit. Agedashi tofu had a great texture and seasonings. Veggies Tempura and tofu bento were a bargain! Additional miso soup for $2. Limited dining area and the place get crowded with long queues once they opened. Friendly staff and delicious food at an affordable price. I will be back for sure.

Sushi Nova is great value straightforward Japanese that doesn't skimp on flavour. Really delicious menu items with a good level of variety. Sushi is top notch too, probably the best in Ballarat.
