If you love oysters 🦪 , you have to go to Stop Whining. The selection here is unmatched—they have everything from creamy farm-raised Pacifics to the rare, wild Angasi oysters. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable; they guided us through the different flavour profiles (creamy vs. salty) and helped us choose the perfect dozen. The Live Sea Urchin is also a must-try—super fresh and sweet. Perfect spot to sit back with a glass of wine and just enjoy top-tier seafood.

I walked past this with curiosity as an oyster lover- but went back in the evening for the full experience- we tasted four memorably and uniquely named oyster varieties each and had some incredibly well chosen Wines to accompany. But the thing that is absolutely brilliant about this little hole in the wall is the passion, humour, confidence and character of the service. What a brilliant niche and unexpected experience. Highly highly recommended!!

Some of the best oysters I’ve ever had! Oysters & wine are just the perfect pair! I popped in before dinner & went for the ultimate set. The variety of oysters is incredible & you get to savor each one. Plus, the wine selection is fantastic.

The staff extremely friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful as the workers shared their knowledge and experience about the different oysters and why. Location, temperature of the water. I would have given this place 5 starts, except for the price, one of the most expensive oysters we experienced in melbourne. I had the lobster roll which was extremely fresh and lacked seasoning to appreciate the fresh lobster. very small lobster roll for the price around $26. Top place if you have the means. too expensive for my budget but top quality food and portion sizes far too small for the price.

I have legit had everything on their menu over three visits. 20/10. Amazing people. THE ABSOLUTE FRESHEST SEAFOOD I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE IN ALMOST FOURTY COUNTRIES. I hate oysters. I ordered their oyster set (6 pcs) two days in a row. Best I ever had and I have eaten at the best restaurants IN THE WORLD. I feel like it’s a mom and son, I could be wrong… but they are so, so nice. Hard to tell you about what’s the best because it’s all insane. I came because Google said they has grilled lobster (insane). The uni/sea urchin ice cream, insane. The tuna tartare BEYOND insane. The absolute freshest seafood I’ve ever had in 35 years of living if you can believe that. I think I love them????
