Wow, what a venue! The food was incredible, the view was amazing, and the service—chef’s kiss. From our reservation phone call with Rory to the table service from John and Bailey, these guys were faultless. We enjoyed the Hills Hoist banquet and couldn’t pick a favourite dish; they were all outstanding, with great variety and excellent value for money. The drinks were mixed to perfection as well. Thank you to the team at Stilts Dining for delivering a night to remember.

Had the opportunity to dine at Stilts for dinner the other week. What a great elevated indoor outdoor dining venue. Newly fitted out with amazing vistas up and down the Brisbane River and located high over the water as part of the new Kangaroo Point green bridge. The food was fantastic and had a great selection across seafood to quality beef dishes. Greeted by the delightful Bailey, so professional, knowledgeable and personable. The resturant should value her greatly. The Ocean trout was delightful and tasty. Char Grilled King prawns delicious but maybe a little too much chilli. However all accolades for the Patigonia Toothfish - one of my all time favourites! Big chunky serve, beautifully cooked and so sweet. Desserts were good but could be more inventive. The best probably the dark chocolate mousse. Overall high praise for an excellent dining experience. Would return often.

Our first time dining inside Stilts & we booked for 4pm on Monday 15/12/25. Staff made us very welcome & given a table with great views. An excellent choice of meals from the menu planner & choice of drinks. Waiter & Waitresses were very friendly, after we placed our meal orders the food was served within a reasonable time-frame. Overall meal presentation & portion size was excellent & freshly cooked. Menu prices very reasonable with it's beautiful location. We will defiantly dine at Stilts again in the future.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Stilts Dining. The service was exceptional from start to finish. We originally enquired about private dining and were told it was booked, but when it became available they kindly offered it to us — such a thoughtful gesture that really elevated our lunch. The food was impeccable; every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. Dining felt special yet relaxed, and the attention to detail was next level. They even provided colouring pencils and pictures with the kids’ menu, which kept the children happily entertained and made the experience enjoyable for the whole family. Truly memorable dining with warm, attentive service. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Stilts Dining to anyone looking for a standout experience.

Was absolutely taken back firstly by the location, river and city views and the decor!! Stunning!! Our group decided on the Banksia banquet which had such a delicious selection of meals…. Including Morteon Bay Bug risotto, Wagu beef served to our liking. Such a high standard.. Dairy free options were available too. The service was exceptional.. thank you John the manager and David our waiter . Would definitely recommend this restaurant . Thank you TeamStilts
