My friend and I decided to catch up here on a friday, we didn't put in a booking but fortunately still got seated. It was my first time trying Armenian cuisine. I wanted something fulfilling and decided to try their slow roasted lamb ribs. The meal was bloody delicious. Two pieces of ribs come cooked with charred tomato jam, pomegranate molasses and labneh. I recommend this a lot, I also forgot what mocktail my friend and I ordered but we got two different ones out of the 3/4 offered and they were good too. Sidenote: The waitress (who was very lovely shoutout to her) told us the bit I was ordering from would be the small portion servings and it kinda was bigger than I thought it would be. The meal is very heavy, filled me up quickly which I wanted because I didn't want a main but do be aware the entrees are very fulfilling.

My husband and I dined here tonight for his 30th birthday and neither of us could fault a thing. From the service to the food, everything was top notch and fantastic value - we had the 5 course tasting menu and the pacing of the courses was perfect and just the right amount. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Sezar 👏🏻😋

Sezar is the best restaurant in Melbourne if you ask me! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, they are so attentive and we love every moment we spend there. The hommus is an out of body experience and the Armenian flavours of everything are delicious! We finally tried the new baklava and it’s amazing! Thank you. We’ll be back soon!

We dined here last night (17/10/2025) to celebrate our 17-year anniversary, and it was such an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so accommodating allowing us to bring our little bub in his pram and being understanding when we were a bit late for our reservation. Our server, Jasmine, was an absolute gem. She introduced herself, was friendly, attentive, and made our night extra special. We ordered the 4-course meal, and the portions were huge by the time we got to the mains, we were already full! Each dish was beautifully presented, and our waiter took the time to explain every plate, which was such a nice touch. The food was fresh and full of flavour, and the new-style baklava was the perfect way to finish the meal. They even surprised us with a “Happy Anniversary” message on our dessert platter, which was so thoughtful. The Sezar Express cocktail was also perfection! Highly recommend dining here the food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. It was an absolute vibe and the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.
