Had the pasta making class! It was such a fun and informative class, I learnt to make so many different pasta shapes. The pasta and food afterwards was delicious!
Beautiful local Italian restaurant, specialising in authentic handmade pastas. I really enjoyed the baked ricotta gnocchi and pork sausage ragu. The rocket infused linguine was cool, it was the first time trying in Sydney. The zucchini flower with ricotta is a must try.
Hands down the best pasta class, highly recommend! We had the best time ever, bottomless April spritz and limoncello, plus the most delicious pasta and dessert to finish! My favourite Italian restaurant in Sydney and canโt wait to come back!
Oh this was brilliant. Delicious arancini balls and some of the best pasta I've had. Flavour and texture was just lovely, and the service was great. Would definitely come back!
I was honestly a bit unsure about this restaurant when I was doing my search last night. The reviews were not providing any clear indication so I wasnโt sure what to expect. But once the antipasti came out, the hesitation disappeared pretty quickly. The food started strong and continued consistently well throughout the night. One dish that really stood out to me was the burrata. I liked how they added almonds to it โ it gave the dish a good texture without making it heavy. What surprised me most was the slight bitterness in the flavour. It wasnโt unpleasant at all; it was the kind of bitterness that actually works in the dish and keeps it from being too creamy or one-dimensional. It was bitter in a good way and very nicely balanced. Everything on that plate made sense together, and you could tell it wasnโt thrown together randomly. The rest of the food followed the same standard. Ingredients tasted fresh, portions were reasonable, and the dishes were prepared with good technique. There wasnโt anything overly complicated or trying too hard, which I appreciated. Itโs simple Italian food done properly, and sometimes thatโs exactly what you want โ no gimmicks, just good flavours and solid cooking. Price-wise, I think everything was well judged. These days itโs easy to walk out of a restaurant feeling like you didnโt quite get what you paid for, but that wasnโt the case here. The quality matches the price, and you feel like youโre actually getting value for what youโre spending. Itโs fair, straightforward, and youโre definitely getting your moneyโs worth. The atmosphere was comfortable and easygoing. Itโs the type of place you can go with friends, on a casual date, or even by yourself and feel fine. The staff were efficient without overdoing it. They checked in when needed, and service moved at a good pace. No feeling of being rushed through courses and no long waits between dishes โ just smooth, simple service. What I liked most is that everything felt consistent. There were no big highs or lows, just steady, reliable quality from start to finish. The burrata stood out because of the almond and that slight bitterness that made it interesting, but overall the whole meal was enjoyable and well put together. In the end, what started as uncertainty ended up being a good dining experience that I would easily repeat. Itโs a restaurant that delivers exactly what it promises: good food, fair pricing, and a comfortable environment. If youโre looking for solid Italian dishes without the fuss, this is a place worth trying. I left satisfied, not overly full, and with the feeling that Iโd gladly come back again. A reliable spot with well-executed dishes and good value. Iโd recommend it.
