We tried Black Tonkotsu Ramen (Black Garlic Oil), Red Tokotsu Ramen and Pork Gyoza. Overall, everything was exceptional. We like the broth and chashu pork so much. Chashu was very tender as if it could melt in your mouth without chewing. Price was also reasonable. Good location, but it was raining today so there was rain drizzling while we dine-in as we seated out side area. Definitely will come back again.

It's been a while since I had ramen, but this was truly delicious. Sydney never disappoints. I usually avoid tonkotsu ramen unless I'm back in Kyushu. It often disappoints. But this time I took a chance and ordered it. I was genuinely satisfied with the rich, deep broth. I definitely want to come back.

4 for lunch. Had Tonkatsu Ramen, Chicken Katsu Tonkatsu, small pork Chasu Rice, Spicy Abura Soba. Tonkatsu was excellent. One of the best Tonkatsu we have ever had. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the atmosphere. Tables close together. Food and drinks came out quickly after ordering. Wait time was minimal.

Ordered their tonkotsu ramen. It’s tasty. Better priced than the overpriced food at some other Japanese restaurants. Would have be better if they gave me more soup with the ramen. Beer is cold and nice. Service is good.

We almost missed this place while looking for a place to eat and I am so glad we didn't. It is tucked away in one of the side alleyways so keep an eye out for it or you will miss it. The seating was a little tight but that contributed to the atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when choosing our items from the menu. The food was delivered quite quickly especially as the place was fairly full. The food was really delicious plus very filling. I am not usually a big fan of Ramen but it was really good. I can highly recommend if you are a fan of authentic Japanese food and even if you are not give it a try. You will not be disappointed.
