The hospitality here is next to none. I had such a welcoming experience both times I visited on my recent trip to Adelaide. The lads make a mean Martini, poured some lovely local wine, gave me great recos for restaurants in the area and had some good all round conversations. Put it on your Adelaide list - it's a must

What a hidden gem !! Cool walk-in bar just around the corner from Melt another great eat spot . Proof just has that stop for one and have a couple vibe . Found it during the Supercars week.

Love this place, staff and friendly and accomodating, know their wines and cocktails well, whether you sit at the bar or head upstairs they are always ready for a chat and recommendations. Charming little venue.

Nice bar with friendly staff, coupled with great wines. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The bar has a rooftop area, but our preference for the night was to sit downstairs at the bar; soft lighting, comfortable seating, and cool decorations.

Such an amazing wine bar with the most perfect collection. We came here for date night and were floored by the presentation. Amazing choices, great atmosphere and a sophisticated environment - a must visit
