This is a funky venue - a bit dark inside with quirky neon lights. They service good Asian food and some interesting cocktails. I've previously been for lunch and have enjoyed their meals. I recently went for dinner, and also enjoyed the food, although I prefer the lunch options unless you're a group of more than 2. The cauliflower was tasty and generous in size. Dumplings were tasty too.

Celebrated my friends birthday having omakase at Papi katsu! It was such a fun experience, loved having Masa be our chef tonight!! Definitely recommend ☺️

Have seen Papi Katsu on Instagram and thought it was all hype but once you visit this amazing venue you realise everything they brag about is true! Thanks to Ron and his wonderful & friendly team for a great night out. Food was first class, service was attentive and the venue itself is a standout for Perth. We ordered a lot but our favourite dishes were the Papi Plate Sashimi, Karaage Cauliflower, Prawn Katsu Sando and the Black Pepper Udon!

We just did the omakase experience, and let me tell you... After doing other experiences at other places... Papi Katsu has by far been the best! Masa, Ron and Shane... Thank you so much for an amazing night! The food, the atmosphere, the hospitality! Everything was perfect! We will be back! 🙏🙏

Came here for our first wedding anniversary, so we stepped outside our comfort zone and had the sugar papi banquet. What an amazing choice it was! The seafood was super fresh and accompaniments were nothing short of spectacular. And the potato salad, beef ribs and wagyu beef was to die for! I am extremely fussy with food and I loved every bit! Amazing food and great serving sizes for the two of us! Can't wait to come back. Thank you for helping make the night amazing!
