Damn, that is so good ramen there. (Only $25) 4.9 star is not a lie. Their service and food is excellent. As a first timer, I am glad that the staff explained me how to eat it correct way to taste all things in once. Also gave me the miso soup for free. Next time I will bring my partner to this place. Thanks for cooks behind the bar.
Their choose your own toppings tsukemen experience was very joyful. Rather than sticking to the classic pork base they offer a unique blend infused with Yuzu Pesto. The broth is also enhanced with hints of yuzu, adding a refreshing citrusy note that brightens the rich depth of umami present in the mix. Perfect for those who appreciate a modern twist on traditional Japanese cuisine. Nekoland is a must-try. Highly recommended for both the food and the ambiance!
We saw all the hype about this place on socials and wanted to try it out. Overall the dining experience was great and the food was delicious. It was a bit confusing the process to order food as there is also an online bar menu you can order from as well as the pick and select Ramen selection. We opted for the ramen a d tried 4 different flavours. All soup bases were delicious and the tempura was crunchy and fresh tasting. For our taste preferences , we do tend to enjoy a classic ramen bowl of soup and noodles. However this was a fun experience and enique to Brisbane experience. The service was amazing. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Don't be put off when you enter, there's a large dining space when you walk through.
Very cool noodle place with special soup selection, there's a whole different universe once you go past the front section, lots of tables and a bar in the back area. Service is excellent and great quality. A nice hidden gem. Didn't get to try the desserts but looks good, will need to come back and try them.
Found this cool dipping noodle spot in Brisbane with six awesome broths to choose from and a fun way to order. My wife got the shrimp oneโsuper rich and tasty. I tried the green broth, nice and fresh with a yuzu vibe, totally worth a shot! Staff were really nice and explained everything. Canโt wait to go back for the other four broths. Definitely check it out!
