Tried Nanjing Dumpling and it was pretty good overall. The dumplings taste fresh and homemade. Really liked the homemade soy milk – smooth, fragrant and not overly sweet. The crab xiao long bao was flavourful and didn’t even need dipping sauce. Spicy pork & veggie wonton wasn’t too spicy but had a generous filling. My favourite was the pan-fried beef dumplings – crispy outside, soft and juicy inside. Prices are reasonable and they open from 8am, which is great for a casual breakfast or early meal in Chinatown. Would come back for the dumplings 👍

Nanjing Dumpling in Haymarket is one of my go-to dumpling spots for a quick and easy meal ☺️ My favourite was the steamed xiaolongbao 🥟 It had a juicy pork filling with a thin wrapper around it, the perfect kind of comfort! Don’t skip on the pan fried dumplings - perfectly crisp on the outside and a tender beef filling on the inside 🤗 This spot also has a variety of noodles and smaller plates to share 🍜 Come grab a bite at Nanjing Dumpling (you won’t regret)!! 🥢

A fusion restaurant that make NanJing and Sichuan dumplings and some dishes. Overall the seasoning is good, a bit toward the sweet side as all people in JiangZhe area prefers. The texture of the HunDun(Wonton) is very nice and silky and chewy. The 椒麻鸡 Sichuan spicy chicken has nice Sichuan pepper and chilli oil in the sauce. Overall it’s toward the pricey end in terms of value and quality.

Really good spot! The duck soup dumplings were super tasty and the dan dan noodles were amazing too. Food came out really fast and the staff were super friendly. Also in a super convenient location. Really authenthic spot highly recommend!!

I was so excited to see that Nanjing Dumpling is open early - breakfast is my favourite meal. I arrived at 8am just as they opened the doors. The reputation of this place is so good and I’m very happy to report that it more than lives up to it. Its decor is charming with details and colours that are fresh and playful! But the dumplings! Wow. I ordered pork dumplings in hot and sour broth. The meaty filling was light and soft with a bright and aromatic lingering white pepper flavour. You can see how fat and fluffy these dumplings are! I can’t wait to go back again. Happy happy breakfast to me.
