I ordered halwa poori for takeaway. Poori was basically small thick parathas. For gravy rather than chickpeas & potatoe with onions and pickles it was potatoe curry full of oil and some lentils. Halwa was the only thing that tasted above average but a very small portion size of it too.

Small and Cozy place.for amazing food. Prices are good and student friendly as well. Tried butter chicken and Malai Kofta. Both gravies were distinct and tasted good. Not too spicy, not too bland. Service was friendly as well. Short 2 station bus ride from cbd. Will definitely be here next time I am in Sydney

Absolutely loved my experience at Naan House, Central! The Amritsari Aalu Kulche and Paneer Kulche were out of this world – crispy, flavourful, perfectly spiced and served with the most delicious chole and chutney. Every bite felt like a little trip back to Punjab. Authentic taste, generous portions, and so much love in the food – truly “ghar jaisa swaad”. If you’re craving real North Indian street food, this place is a must-visit. Oye hoyeeee… kya baat hai! 😍🔥 Highly recommend – I’ll definitely be back again and again!

I tried the biryani from Naan House and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The balance of spice and flavor was just right—not too oily, and packed with fragrance from saffron and whole spices. The chicken was soft and flavorful, and the rice grains were long and separate. Service was friendly and quick. Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. Loved it❤️😋
