We were very happy with tonightโ€™s dinner. We ordered the $58 per person set menu, and every dish tasted greatโ€”especially the salt and pepper calamari and the black pepper wagyu beef. Today was my dadโ€™s birthday, and the restaurant also treated us to champagne and dessert. The manager was very kind as well, introducing the dishes to us and chatting with us.

Hubby and I came for the bottomless brunch and honestly left wondering how this even exists in the Melbourne CBD. Seven courses of genuinely delicious modern Asian food, fine-dining vibes, and bottomless drinks for $69pp feels almost too good to be true. The food was the real standout - beautifully presented, full of flavour, and paced perfectly. A great mix of veg and non-veg options too, which we loved. Every course felt thoughtful rather than filler, and the truffle fried rice alone was worth the visit. The drinks just kept coming (eight different cocktails included!), service was attentive without being overbearing, and the whole experience felt relaxed but special - ideal for a long, boozy weekend brunch. Weโ€™ll absolutely be back and recommending this to everyone. If youโ€™re after a high-quality bottomless brunch without the ridiculous price tag, this is a no-brainer.

Biggest compliments to our hosts Kai and Sean. Had a wonderful lunch at Ming with exemplary friendly real service. A menu with Chinese favorites and innovation. The drinks catalogue begged attention for some time. Cocktails to start, exploring unknown options with Kaiโ€™s expertise then a familiar red. Peking duck is a must & Mings nails it. Tender flavoursome generous serve of duck, expected buddies with broken prawn crackers have wraps of yummo. Lobster Goldfish Dumplings is a playful serve of goldfish shaped dumplings with whole pieces of delish lobster. Well constructed, matching sauces and begs to be put on repeat order. Crab Sui Mai challenged the chopsticks but not the taste buds. A great serve of crab pieces with roe, a tasty marriage in the mouth. Back to a traditional moment with Prawn Toast. Upscaled to double decker rounds topped with chunky prawns. Non greasy, crunchy and perfectly seasoned. Wagyu beef steamed dumplings, a heavy fill of beef, easy tasty eating. The grand finale was the show stopper. So glad the Green Apple Mousse was ordered. Simply amazing. Soft delicate mouse with apple pieces in the centre, all wrapped in white (green) chocolate. The apple sits on dried apple shaving & small biscuit. Truly a masterpiece, house made. Love a restaurant that delivers the whole package.

What a great first meal to have in Melbourne. The staff are attentive and thoughtful. The food was well prepared and delicious. I loved the slow cooked pork, truffle rice and garlic broccoli. They were so nice. They gave us some recommendations and local tips on sites to visit while here in Melbourne. They also had great vegetarian options available. And the surprise panna cotta was so thoughtful and delish. I hope I have time to visit again before I leave.

Absolutely loved my dining experience at Ming! The new $58 Golden Ming Menu is such amazing value โ€” you get two cocktails or wines included (non-alcoholic options too), and every dish feels like fine dining without the crazy price tag. The flavours were bold, beautifully balanced, and the plating looked incredible. Perfect spot if youโ€™re after a full Asian Fusion experience right in the Melbourne CBD. Honestly, one of the best deals in town โ€” Iโ€™d 100% come back again.
