I fly to Adelaide a few times a year for work and each time without hesitation I head to Mays for delicious food and really genuine customer service.

In the kitchen, May cooks each dumpling with enthusiasm and love. Steamed or pan-fried, the dumplings are exceptionally good: thin dough, rich garniture, you can distinguish the meat, the herbs and the spices in your mouth. I hunt dumplings all around the world and May’s Dumplings reached my top 3. I highly encourage everybody to support this hidden gem in Adelaide 💎

Had the Bao Burger from mays and it was so delicious, nice soft bun, the chicken was tender and tasty and the sweet and sour sauce had the best flavour. Highly recommend trying the burger. The owner was very nice as well and passionate about his shop. I will definitely be going back again.

We absolutely adored the service we recieved and the patience with our ordering. We ordered a 30 value pack of mixed dumplings, 4 bao burgers and a 6pk of sweet and spicy chicken. The food is unreal! Dumplings were a crowd favourite and the sweet and spicy chicken I will dream about! I would recommend that to anyone who wants to be amazed. The bao burgers is such a smart idea! The bun was good and the pickles inside made it so tasty! Will be back and can see this being the next hot spot
