Perth best amazing Japanese 7 course Omakase! Getting a table here is equivalent to winning the lottery!

It was great to see the Marumo that I knew from 2011 as a 16-seater fish and chips shop in Leeming, is still going stronger than ever. Chef Moe continues to work his magic in the kitchen, serving us good quality Japanese comfort food. The service is prompt and friendly, the food tasty and unpretentious. Can't say I don't miss the days when securing a dinner reservation here was easy. These days, when you finally succeed in making a booking, it feels like winning the lottery. Pure ecstaticness. 😋

I have to say, this was one of the most amazing dining experiences I have ever had, and I have dined all over the world for most of my life. Every dish was unique, absolutely sensational, and truly hard to describe; I would highly recommend coming to see for yourself how incredible the food and team are at Marumo. Thank you Moe, and your team, for having myself and my family. We enjoyed every minute, and are so excited to dine with you again. It was an absolute pleasure!

We had table of 4 to celebrate a birthday and it was brilliant. Exquisitely presented food that was super fresh. Every plate was like a piece of art and tasted sublime. Service was polite and tentative. Cups of tea were constantly kept topped up. BYO only. Highly recommend. Worth the wait. Special and unique without feeling pretentious.

No doubt this is one of the best Japanese fusion restaurants in Perth! Each dish is like art. super tasty and unique, the combination of the flavour is divine! Staffs are very polite and friendly. They explained each dishes clearly and served warm tea. We had the opportunity to dining in with friends. We enjoyed the amazing spring season dishes! We will definitely book for next season and looking forward to coming back again if we can secure a booking!
