Monolos Tapas Bar in St Kilda is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a relaxd vibe that makes you want to settle in and enjoy the night. The food is outstanding—beautifully presented, full of flavour, and perfect for sharing. Every dish felt thoughtfully made, and the quality really stood out. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. A fantastic spot for a casual dinner or a special night out. Highly recommend

We had a delightful meal. The staff are great and the chef, Manny, chatted to us about the restaurant and made some alterations for a food allergy. Highly recommend this restaurant for Spanish food.

We had the most beautiful night at manolos. The food was phenomenal!! The service was fabulous too everyone was so kind and social which adds to your experience. The marga and sangria were gorgeous too! We will be back as there is more on the menu we would love to try! Gracias por hospitalidad ♥️✨

Went to Manolo’s before a show at Palais Theatre. There’s a menu of the tapas as well as a blackboard with today’s specials. We ordered Calamari, Lamb Meatballs, Croquettes, Chicken Skewers, and Padron Peppers. We couldn’t believe the speed everything was coming out of the kitchen with — within a few minutes, our table couldn’t fit all the plates! What a feast! Every dish was fantastic — fresh and full of flavour! I was so excited to see that they offer Padron — I hadn’t been able to find them in any tapas bar around Melbourne. The cocktails are also very delicious — we had an Espresso Martini and an Amaretto Sour. The atmosphere is really nice with great guitar music background, and the service was perfect and genuine! I can’t wait to come back and try more of what Manolo’s have to offer! Very highly recommended!!
