Amazing Spanish food — everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and full of flavour. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was great. I’m so glad I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, it made the night extra special. Definitely a place I’d come back to and highly recommend! 🎉🇪🇸✨
My friends and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere, the music and the décor were spot on. The food was a solid 10/10 — the seafood & morcilla croquettes, the octopus and the paella were all super delicious. The Manolo Signature cocktail was fresh, light and not too sweet, perfect on the palate. A big shout-out to Diego, our waiter — incredibly talented and made us feel genuinely well looked after. We’ll definitely be back.
Manuel & his professional team at Manolo’s Bar provided the catering for our function at the Spanish Club. Everything was delicious; every dish presented excellent and the service was faultless. I have been given high praises for the food & service from everyone who attended the function and wish to convey our thanks & appreciation for an excellent job. We found this fantastic Spanish restaurant in St Kilda and were blown away by how welcoming they were—especially with our four poodles! 🐩🐩🐩🐩 We sat out on the deck where the heaters kept us cozy, and it was such a lovely atmosphere. Many of the regulars came over to meet our dogs and shared how this place is always known for its friendly staff and great food. They were right—the food was delicious, and the service warm and genuine. Highly recommend Manolo if you’re looking for authentic Spanish dining with a truly welcoming vibe.
We had a fantastic experience at Manolo Bar and Restaurant. Diego was absolutely lovely and provided excellent service throughout the evening. The food was just perfect. Every single dish was spot on, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Highly recommend!
