This is the perfect (and cute) local French bistro! The venue is small, intimate, appropriately decorated with ‘French food art’, faux brick walls and crisp black table cloths. Our two servers were friendly, attentive and cracked the odd joke! Ohhh and the food - soooo good! We had the cheese soufflé and salmon with sardine and croutons as entrees. Perfect! Followed by the fish of the day and the duck breast - best I’ve had amongst five different French restaurants in Perth in the last year! Seriously. Loved that we could byo a good pinot noir for a small corkage fee. Two courses for $65 each plus some complimentary baguette to start. Sadly we were too full for dessert or cheese but we’ll be back for another relaxed, casual dining experience. Merci!

The cheese souffle,escargot and duck liver pate were delicious especially if you miss P’tite Ardoise cuisine. The mains portions were of decent size. The Pork loin I ordered was a generous portion. My husband enjoyed his steak frites and my mother enjoyed the duck confit. There were also bread and butter given on the house. The only downside is they do not have high chairs so we sat on the bench with our 2 year old who enjoyed to share our food and unfortunately today they had limited stock of soft drinks and no juices. I would definitely recommend for a romantic date or adult get together.

I would give 4.5 if I could, but will go with 5, as it was only one minor thing that didn’t hit the spot. For entrees we had the snails and terrine, both were nice and tasty. For mains we had the beef rossini and the market fish. The beef was divine, melt in your mouth and full of flavour, absolutely delicious. The only let down was the potato dauphinoise which was a bit cold, but nonetheless it was still creamy and decadent. Everything on the plate, from the beef, mushroom duxelle, potato dauphinois, foie grass and beef jus, just really complemented each other so well and tied everything together so perfectly. The fish was cooked to perfection and the beurre Blanc sauce was delectable. For dessert we had the white chocolate panna cotta, which was smooth and delicate and the sweetness was nicely balanced. Every dish was presented nicely. The service was friendly and attentive. The venue is small but cosy, would recommend booking a table so you don’t miss out. The menu is reasonably priced, you can either choose 2 courses or 3 courses, with an additional amount on certain dishes. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Very nice atmosphere. Little cozy bistro with French cuisine. Outstanding food with adequate prices. No alcohol licence yet , you can bring your own drink. We tried snails, duck liver, Beef cheek Bourguignon and beef steak Rossini, creme brûlée and panna cotta everything were very delicious and service was excellent. Definitely come back to try something else.

Lovely little restaurant, amazing French cuisine (the beef rossini was one of the best beef dishes I’ve ever had), and great service. Entrees range was especially unique and varied. Would definitely recommend!
