After spending four nights in Cairns, Little Sister was the only restaurant we needed to revisit. The fusion cuisine is delicious and the perfect comfort food! The wine selection is great and it’s really the high quality service that makes Little Sister distinct. The team anticipated our needs so we didn’t have the ask for water, etc. Our servers made great recommendations too! The beef ribs were so tender. While we felt ignored or forgotten at other restaurants in Cairns, we felt welcomed at Little Sister and highly recommend it to others. Also, the logo and overall vibe is really fun! ✌️ ♥️ 🍷

Amazing dinner here. Butter chicken was soooo good and it was creamy. Two cocktails were good but salty. Noodles were very good with lots of flavour. Duck spring rolls were really amazing with tomato sauce. 10/10. Plus the fish, aka baramundi was really fantastic. Last but not least was the vegetables that I didn't try, still I predictedit was good.

Delicious Thai flavors. Portions a bit small for the price, but the food feels high quality. My drink was forgotten and service could be improved. Our waitress was only in town for a few weeks and didn’t know the menu. Location is right along the water and plenty of seating. Expect a high bill, but delish meal.

...we were excited to try Little Sisters while staying in Cairns. Food exceptional, great portions, we had 3 entrees and main to share and it was more than plenty. Staff very accomodating. My drink was forgotten and they were very apologetic and did not charge for my drink, very kind ☺️

Great spot food and service. The lobster roll had heaps of lobster, snapper ceviche was the bomb. Waiter was the best, he brought our dog a water bowl. Thanks for a really chill and excellent lunch. Went back two days later. Another great meal
