I’m absolutely blown away by the authentic Jiangnan flavors at Lane Restaurant in Brisbane! The stir-fried rice cakes with shepherd’s purse and grass heads are chef’s kiss—the rice cakes are soft and chewy without being sticky, and the fresh, fragrant taste of the greens soaks right into every bite. It’s such a heartwarming taste of home to find this kind of genuine Jiangnan cuisine overseas. 10/10 recommend to anyone craving authentic Chinese regional food
