Even if you don’t eat gluten free this place has the best Dominican food I’ve ever had. Overall, the restaurant has such a fun vibe and the service is wonderful. Definitely recommend as the best place to eat in St Kilda.

We went for dinner in New Year’s Eve and the food is amazing. Peter and the team are super friendly and made for such a great dining experience. The menu being gluten free meant our Mum didn’t need to think about what she could have and could enjoy everything. Will definitely be going again.

This restaurant is a gem! The food was some of the best Latin dishes I’ve ever had—rich, flavorful, and made with love. The service was top-notch, and the whole place just feels alive and inviting. If you’re thinking about going, do it—you won’t regret it! Plus they have some fun dancing classes!

We had a small birthday celebration on Saturday night and everything went great. We were warmly welcomed by lovely staffs and the food was so delicious! Love the atmosphere as well. We drove nearly an hour there and it was so worthy! Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

When you visit La Bodega, you must order the Tostones. One of the most interesting dishes I've tried. I'd return just for this! But it got even better with the paella. It was perfection. Tender, delicious, well seasoned. Perfect temperature and generous portions. Its accompanying salad was unique and refreshing. The owner is an absolute delight. He was very hospitable and friendly. I had some feedback about a couple of other dishes, and he welcomed it wholeheartedly. I will be back!
