I had the Chicken 65 for entree and although very tasty, was very salty. My husband had the samosa chat which was lovely. For mains he had the chefโs special chicken curry which was luscious and I had the Bombay beef which was totally delicious. All in all, a very good meal. We will definitely go back and the lady who served us was lovely and helpful.
What a gem. We came here on a whim and are so glad we did. The restaurant is cute and cozy. The food is fantastic! We had the sizzling entree meat platter with the juiciest meat, the lamb chop masala which was very tasty, the cheesy naan and the coconut rice with yummy saltanas. The best part for us was the lovely staff. They couldnโt be more helpful and kind. We even had some complimentary ice cream, which was by far the tastiest and creamiest ice cream. The baby loved all the food too, which was a bonus. Thank you all, we will be back soon :) Jesse, Mary and Mickey
We ventured up to the Indian Experience at Morisset as we are regular diners at their Indian Experience at Tuggerah. We had our usual Garlic and Cheese Naan and as usual it was cooked to perfection. Then we tried Lamb Bombay and it was delicious, the lamb was cooked to perfection, tender and tasty and the potatoes were soft and beautifully flavoured by the curry. It had a slight spicy kick which we really liked. Sam the owner was lovely and friendly. There is a great outdoor dining area which would be great for Christmas parties.
Placed a takeaway order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. Had to wait an hour to pick up the food. Only 6 pax were dining in an almost empty restaurant. So why the delay? Who knows! Opened the takeaway containers to reveal 3 boxes full of gravy. Couldn't tell them apart until we fished out 6 prawns, 5 small pieces of chicken and half a dozen cubes of cottage cheese. They certainly set the benchmark for the worst indian food I've tasted anywhere, and I've tasted indian food across the globe.
Can we give 6 stars? Such an amazing experience. We shared a veg platter, two curries and rice and the staff will have roll us out. The service was attentive and on point. We never waited for our beverages. We are left wanting more, if we could only fit it in. Who needs to travel for a first class meal when you have Delicacy of India at your door step. Chefs kiss
