A cozy restaurant with tremendous potential Dim Sum is so delicious Fry noodle - Gar due so yummy (shrimps so big) Hainanese chicken rice - meat so tender, soup is very surprisingly lovely Spring rolls - absolutely must to have item Go for it, you won't regret it 😎 *For owner - may clear those old house odors may brings more discriminated customers 🏆
I’m a local, and this place honestly has the best dumplings in town, which is why I keep coming back. Today was my third visit, but the service felt unwelcoming. We were asked to move to a smaller table because our order was too small (which is understandable). We weren’t offered water, and one of our three dishes took a very long time to arrive. What bothered me most was the clear difference in how customers were treated. Staff are friendly toward Chinese and Australian customers but clearly less friendly toward other asian customers. Great food, but poor service and hospitality need serious improvement
What a local gem! We were down from Melbourne and wanted some good Malaysian, and man I was not disappointed! The seafood laksa was amazing. Very. Very generous seafood (frigging massive mussels!). Was not too spicy, flavour was rich and creamy. Chicken rice was also great, the chilli was authentic! And lastly the xiao long bao is probably one of the best I've had in Australia!
- Service was a little slow due to the packed house - Relatively expensive - Everything is absolutely delicious however. Had the Hainanese Chicken Rice and its comparable to the one in Singapore’s. Meat is tender, juicy and so flavorful
We had the seafood laksa, hainanese chicken rice, Shanghai pork dumplings, mango pomelo sago and lychee ribena. The food and service was fantastic. Definitely would come back. Two things. 1. The mango in the mango pomelo sago was a bit icy and 2. We sat at the bar table, it would be great if there was a hook for a handbag. PS. Forgot to take photo of the laksa.
