Came in on a Thursday and place was empty but we thought we would give it a go and glad we did. Best chicken korma I ever had! Will come back again! Definitely give it a try! Loved it!
AMAZING! Best indian restaurant in Newcastle and even better than 95% of Sydney restaurants! Not only is are the portions amazing but the prices are very cheap. Also the cheese naan is delectable, and the amount of cheese inside is very generous especially for the price. Ended off with 2 fresh, warm and sweet gulab jamun! Customer service was also amazing, we were served by Suvahsini who was so kind!
Weโre so glad to have this Indian restaurant close to home. The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic, with generous portions and great value for money. We started with the vegetable samosas, which were crisp, hot, and full of flavor. For mains, the Goat Madras was the standoutโtender goat in a rich curry with just the right amount of heat and spice. The Rodoa Chicken was also excellent, with juicy chicken in a sauce that was both comforting and full of flavor. The Vegetable Biryani was another highlight. It was fragrant, colorful, and filling, with rice that was cooked perfectly and vegetables that still had great texture. Every dish felt carefully prepared, and the flavors were balanced and authentic. The restaurant itself is small and welcoming, with friendly staff who made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic local spot for anyone who loves Indian food. Highly recommendedโweโll definitely be back!
The Chicken stuffed Nan was good, soft and tasty. My son loved it. The butter nan was short of butter. The butter chicken and Butter Paneer masala had the same gravy which was a bit Ketchupy. The parking is on the road and a bit tricky. The Indian restaurants must not charge for the onions, which is every Indians basic need. THE PORTIONS WERE REALLY VERY SMALL. When my son saw the bottom of the bucket in which the butter chicken and Dal Makhani were being served as "scam". The bottom of bucket was too high reducing the capacity by 33%. See pic. Overall the food was good and worth a visit. The rates are at par with most of the Indian restaurants in Sydney. They need to reconsider the portions they are serving which is not good enoughfor one diner.
We like the foods here. They taste so yummy. The lamb biryaniโs rice so tasty .The lamb is so tender and full of flavour. The Mushroom Masala is so creamy. Overall we love all the dishes we ordered. I highly recommend this place to anyone if you like Indian Foods.
