What an outstanding experience at Elements Steakhouse in Darlinghurst. Shaikot, our waiter, was highly experienced and prepared our steaks with a sense of theatre — elegant, confident, and genuinely impressive. The food itself was exceptional: rich, beautifully balanced, and full of flavour. The mushroom sauce with prawns was a particular highlight and complemented the steak perfectly. Overall, this was a dining experience that felt both indulgent and thoughtfully executed. We are already planning to return to explore more of the menu and experience the special festival offerings. A venue that clearly understands quality, service, and attention to detail.

Shaikot provided outstanding service. He was very attentive and gave us great advice on portion sizes when we were ordering, as we were worried about ordering too much. Thanks to him, our meal was perfect. We will definitely be back!

It was really good experience! I went to celebrate my friends bday with my girlfriends so we ordered a variety of dishes with the highlight being Rib eye steak! It was perfection! Cooked to rare medium and I loved the theatrics of serving it :) Sharing pictures of the food! The only place where they can improve is the dessert - we ordered the pistachio panna cotta - it was very average.

Found this place through Google Maps recommendations (Elements Smokehouse & Bar) and decided to call ahead to reserve a dinner table, totally the right choice! The restaurant offers a wide variety of menu options. We ordered the chicken, pork ribs, rib-eye, T-bone, and fries; and every dish was amazing. All the meats were incredibly tender, juicy, and smoky. The chicken was soft and flavorful, not bland at all, while the beef steaks were perfectly grilled. One of the staff even sliced and flamed the steak table-side, an impressive and professional touch! The pork ribs were so tender they literally fell off the bone. The service was top-notch. Our waitress, Angelina (or Angela), was exceptionally attentive and friendly. She constantly checked in on us, made sure everything came on time, and even helped us with our ride app after dinner, truly above and beyond! The restaurant has plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors (with shade provided), but it does get busy, so I highly recommend booking ahead. There’s street parking nearby, and the restroom is located upstairs. The decor fits the steakhouse vibe perfectly, with a great bar offering both alcoholic drinks and mocktails. The wait time for food was around 40–50 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it, the food quality was phenomenal. Definitely one of the best dining experiences in Sydney!

We visited here during our trip. We had a reservation at 7 p.m. We ordered Caesar salad, chicken wings, rib-eye steak, and the portobello mushroom dish. The wing sauce was absolutely perfect, the meat was tender enough, and especially the mushroom dish was flawless. We truly enjoyed our meal. Our server was Angelica, and she was very kind. We were very satisfied with her service. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful time.
