The dim sum is very good. The biggest siew mai I have eaten and delicious. The price is very reasonable for the potion served. The wait time on a Saturday is good. They open at 10 am, arrived at 1040 am and served immediately. All the food displayed that was ordered were excellent; and managed to pack leftovers. Definitely returning to try their cooked dishes for dinner.
Hi We received Szechuan chicken /Sizzling beef. They had no taste and where steamed. We explained this to the staff /manager 4 times and they didn't care for $92 We gave them multiple chances to fix it and they refused and choose a bad review. I would not recommend visiting here. Cheers
This was a very nice dim sum in Canningvale. It was quite busy and lively and close to the markets which makes it a perfect stop after a bit of Sunday shopping. My only complaint is the freshness is not always there. We found some dishes to be a bit cold and stale like they’d been pushed around on the carts just a little too long. Otherwise very good.
Solid dim sum in the suburbs. Good range of dishes with all the classics. Their siew mai is HUGE and flavoursome. Chicken feet is soft but not falling off. Pastries are flakey and not too sweet. Roast duck is to die for. Everything we've tried so far has been excellent. Service is better than expected for dim sum. Servers notice you and are fast. The boss lady is fast, efficient, multitasks, and polite at the same time. When it's busy, expect to share a table with others. They're honest in calculating the bill. I've never had an incorrect bill here. The price of each small, medium, large and special dish are shown on the order sheet.
5/7/2025 It felt like I was eating a whole week's meal in one sitting on this third visit. Again, we were famished after waiting for about half an hour. The food came quickly with good variety. There usually 4 portions per dish which suited our table of 4 very well. It was delightful so I forgot to take some pics, most pics!! The cheng fun sesame seed oil was tasty unlike some other places so nice touch. The portions were also generous. The fried radish cake was so flavoursome though it had looked dry. The squid was not chewy but fresh and tender. The highlight for me, to my surprise, was the sesame seed ball. It wasn't filled with the usual red bean paste but oozy sesame seeds, we think. I could return just for that. If I had been on my own I would have stopped by half time! It was good to have the variety and I was tempted to keep going although it was way more than I can usually eat. I didn't eat until the next day after 4pm!! 😆 All of that was less than $30 per person for dim sum obviously crafted by top HK and Guangzhou chefs. I did return after some shopping to get some salted egg lava buns as a takeaway. May 2025 Portions always great and taste too. So far so good in relation to any possible MSG effect. The service was fast, except for the expected queue outside a popular dim sum house. We were famished by the time we got in. Hence forgot to take initial pics of initial dishes. Dim sum is unfortunately very expensive these days.
