Didnโt expect the noodles to be sliced that thickly. It would be nicer if it was thinly sliced. We tried the DMX noodle with sauce combination thinking that itโs worth it due to the extra veggies, as we can choose from any two (Shanxi Traditional Pork / Tomato & Egg/ Tomato & Eggplant). However, I would not recommend that as the combination didnโt go well. For the price, I am expecting higher quality and taste, so am sorry to say that I would not be back. If you are after noodle soup, they only offer beef, so fort about going there if you are craving for soupy noodles.
Iโm not a guy who has tried much of Chinese cuisine but I can strongly recommend this place. The noodles and dumplings were so delicious.
I had the shanxi noodles & they were pretty good but I donโt think they were something Iโd be hanging to go back for. The place was very clean & nicely setup though & the staff were nice.
Pretty standard noodle place, limited menu, decent portion and flavour, typical and comparable to many other joints out there. Nothing too special, happy with service.
Each dish seems to be carefully constructed with keeping the noodles in mind. They know their craft i must say. At first I was speculating and anxious about the dish, but with each bite my confidence rose. I found this place particularly interesting for my palette.
