When I first came here I initially got a bad impression from the hot sausages that they served at the front counter, they were gristly and rough in texture. However the real meat they sell is some of the best i've tasted in Cairns. Mom grew up in Germany and she now comes here a few times a month because it brings back memories of what she used to eat back home.

You will be surprised that you can get some good value on the meats. I'll post some pictures the next time I am here.

I'm a regular customer mostly dog meat in bulk. I'm happy with the friendly atmosphere each time I visit clean and well organised shelves. I have Filipino friends working who also look after my orders on the phone. I like the freshness of the packed meat. I always buy lamb chops my son's favourite meat.
