Great restaurant with a good atmosphere. The staff was great and the food was excellent

It was my first time visiting, despite walking past often, and I really liked the vibe of the place. I decided to have lunch here with friends during our 1-hour lunch break, so we made a pre-order to avoid waiting and make the most of our limited time. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. Our order was forgotten, and we waited 52 minutes from our table booking before the issue was discovered — only after we approached staff to ask what was happening. Most of us arrived on time and reasonably expected our pre-ordered meals to arrive within 10 minutes of being seated. The staff appeared overwhelmed by the busyness of the restaurant and struggled to manage a large group. Our server looked extra frantic too. While we were given complimentary spring rolls (one piece per person), we still paid full price for our meals, with only a $2 discount on the total bill. There was no adjustment for drinks either (four iced milk teas, no alcohol). Because of the delay, several of us couldn’t even eat at the restaurant and had to request takeaway containers so we could rush back to work. This meant missing the whole point of booking lunch together. My Chicken Tom Yum fried rice in the picture also tasted rushed and was underwhelming, and ended up being eaten in the office kitchen instead of with friends as planned. I hope the team can improve their order management and capacity planning, especially during peak periods, as the space itself has a lot of potential.

This is one of the best places for genuinely excellent service. From the warm welcome to the staff’s knowledge of every dish they serve, the experience is truly top tier. We were initially worried that being a large group might disturb other customers, but everything was organised seamlessly and professionally, which made us feel very comfortable. Every dish delivers authentic asian flavours and is beautifully presented, very Instagram-worthy!! Yas!! Highly recommend the Pad Thai, Massaman beef, and papaya salad(starters). Absolutely amazing! Dessert was a surprise as well, the photos speak for themselves. The pricing is very reasonable and the quality is never compromised. The staff are wonderful: always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The overall vibe and ambiance of the restaurant speak for themselves. I often walk past and see how busy it is, and while we usually order office lunch or dinner batches from here, this was my first time dining in. What a fantastic experience.

This place is so tasty! My fourth time visiting and I’m never disappointed. Food was a little slow to get to us this time, but it didn’t matter because the waiter was so friendly, and the food is always incredibly yummy.
