I just wanted to congratulate and highlight the outstanding service we all received from Lily and the team today at Betty’s Burgers 🍔 🍟 Lily was kind, attentive, and made the whole visit so much better 😌 Really grateful for the team’s professionalism and friendliness. The food was very yummy and Odi loves the tenders! 🍗 We will be back - 10/10 🌟 👏🏽

We were there around 5:15 pm Sunday evening, and the place was pretty busy already. Despite all that, the staff were wonderful, greeting everyone and making sure all tables were well looked after. Often, going above and beyond. We ordered the following items to treat ourselves. ✨️Betty's Classic with Pineapple 🍍 ✨️ Kids Chicken Strip Burger ✨️ Onion Rings ✨️ Sweet Potato Fries with Sriracha Mayo Everything was done very well. I liked the option to use the Rustic White Bun over the Brioche Bun as I found a lot of brioche buns of recent a bit too sweet, and it takes away the flavours of everything else. The Burger was grilled to perfection, and that classic Betty's sauce was top notch. A perfect start for the Ballarat store, and everyone did very well considering they only opened for a few days. I got my eyes on the Chicken Burgers for my next visit 😋

It was very busy which is always a good sign. The staff were polite and explained the wait, which we were happy to do. The burgers were delicious, juicy and you could taste the real meat

The atmosphere was fun, welcoming and family friendly. The food service was quick, efficient and fresh!
