Also I enjoyed a very good Schist Shiraz It's advertised as a tapas bar, but it's not really We had the: -oysters - natural were nice but the Kilpatrick were cooked, chewy and in a sweet sauce - not very nice - charcuterie board of hams - ok but uninspiring - fries - excellently cooked with good flavours - wagyu brochette - tasty but slightly overcooked - sad but wagyu has to be no more than medium cooked - tuna cerviche - very tasty So the food was nice but the wagyu cooking and the Kilpatrick oysters were letdowns The car uses next door CC's kitchen so is given lower priority than the main steakhouse, as you'd expect Nice venue though, but not a true tapas offering so I'd stick to drinks and maybe just the excellent fries next time

Arte Wine Bar is an absolute must-visit for wine lovers in Cairns. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a wine tasting experience. While the food is delightful and pairs wonderfully with the wines, the true star here is the exceptional selection of wines they offer plus the amazing staff. A special shoutout to Gonzalo, who guided us through the tasting with expertise and passion. His knowledge and recommendations made our experience unforgettable. We will undoubtedly be returning for another round. Highly recommend!

Very lovely atmosphere, relaxing. The guy who serves wine Gonsalo knows his wine very well. You can’t go wrong at this place Definitely recommended to go as I will when I visit cairns again.

This delightful wine bar has only been open for 3 weeks and I really hope the locals and travellers support it. Lovely wines, the Tapas menu was amazing, with mouthwatering selection to choose from and the service was really impressive. Friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. I highly recommend and will be back. During my recent visit to “Claudio” wine bar, I was pleasantly surprised. This little gem, somewhat hidden and not yet as well-known as it deserves to be, is a real discovery for lovers of fine wine and delicious food. First and foremost, I must commend Claudio, the bartender, for his friendliness and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone who knows their craft so well and is also so welcoming. Claudio makes the experience even more special with his friendly approach and knowledge of wines. The food is another strong point of this place. Each dish is prepared with care and attention, and the menu offers a variety of delicious options, including gluten-free dishes. It’s rare to find a wine bar that pays so much attention to the dietary needs of its customers, and this is definitely a plus. The ambiance of the bar is cozy and well-maintained, ideal for a relaxing evening or a meeting with friends. The atmosphere is intimate and comfortable, making every visit a pleasure. My only regret is that this place isn’t more well-known. Its somewhat hidden location might make it a bit difficult to find, but once discovered, it proves to be a charming place that definitely deserves more visibility. I highly recommend visiting “Claudio” wine bar. It’s a place that deserves to be discovered and appreciated. I can’t wait to return!
