I am honestly on cloud nine after this meal. I ordered the chicken shish with rice, fresh bread, fermented cabbage, salad, and two dips โ baba ghanoush and garlic โ and every single element was outstanding. The chicken was perfectly cooked: juicy, tender, and beautifully seasoned. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, the bread warm and comforting, and the fermented cabbage added the perfect tangy balance. The salad was fresh and crisp, tying everything together. The dips deserve a special mention โ the baba ghanoush was smoky and creamy, and the garlic dip was bold, smooth, and absolutely addictive. Every bite felt generous, authentic, and made with care. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. The two lovely ladies working there were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their smiles, attentiveness, and positive energy made the whole experience even more special โ the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. This wasnโt just a meal, it was an experience. If youโre thinking about eating here โ do it.
Amazing food tried platter for 2 really delicious and plenty of food for 2. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Yesterday I drove 40 km specially to try Amin Butcher Shop for lunch because I had heard some positive things. When I saw the price โ $43 for just 350 g of meat โ I was shocked, but I thought โOkay, it must be premium wagyu or something really special,โ so I ordered it anyway. What arrived was literally one single chunk of beef (350 g), lightly salted, grilled plain, and served on a plate with absolutely nothing else โ no sides, no salad, nothing. I can cook better-tasting beef myself at home for a fraction of the price. One small bite was enough; the flavor was completely ordinary and disappointing. I left the place still hungry! Iโve attached photos of the โmealโ so you can see exactly what $43 buys there โ just one plain piece of meat. This was one of the worst dining experiences Iโve ever had. If anyone asks me about Amin Butcher Shop in the future, I will tell them to stay far away. If zero stars were an option, thatโs what I would give. Very disappointed. Never going back and do not recommend it to anyone.
I recently visited *Aminโs Halal Butcher and Grill*, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The shop is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide variety of fresh halal meats. The quality of the meat is excellent โ tender, hygienically packed, and reasonably priced. Whether youโre looking for lamb, beef, chicken, or marinated options ready to grill, they have it all. What sets Aminโs apart is not just the butcher section, but also the grill! I tried their freshly grilled kebabs and chicken โ full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Itโs rare to find a place where you can buy fresh meat and also enjoy delicious ready-to-eat meals on-site. The staff are friendly, respectful, and helpful. They know their products well and are happy to offer recommendations based on your cooking plans. As someone who values halal and hygienic food, this place ticks all the boxes. If youโre in the area and looking for a reliable halal butcher with the bonus of mouthwatering grilled food, I highly recommend Aminโs Halal Butcher and Grill. Itโs a true gem for the Muslim community and anyone who loves quality meat and great service.
We ordered takeaway from Almond Butcher & Grill and were seriously impressed. We had the T-bone steak (which we cut up at home), and it was cooked perfectly to medium rare โ no easy feat considering it had to travel about 15 minutes home and sat in the container for around 30 minutes. Still juicy, still on point. The chips held up really well too โ crisp and seasoned just right. But the real standout for me was the cheesy garlic mash โ silky, creamy, and melt-in-your-mouth kind of good. The onion rings were also spot-on: crispy and not greasy at all. The sauces were flavourful and paired beautifully with everything, but the only letdown was the portion size โ pretty tiny for the price (around $7 for a small container). Wouldโve loved a bit more, especially given how tasty they were. All in all, a solid experience โ weโll definitely be back
